It's been a year since I have last posted. I am so glad I am not obsessed with food and WAPF like I used to be. It definitely was unhealthy, both mentally and emotionally. There is still work to be done, but I am glad this blog has had over 20,000 views and it continues to tell the tale of the waywards: Rawesome, WAPF, Cheeseslave, Healthy Family Farms (STILL OPERATING), Organic Pastures Dairy, and Raw Milk.
